Shades
of the 2012-13 season Playoffs are on display in Massachusetts this weekend
as the traveling Birds put on a clinic in Foxborough and hand the hometown
Pats another disappointing Post Season exit. A tight-knit game throughout,
the road heroics of BAL QB Flacco (as per his M.O. in the Playoffs) shine
brightly in the final moments of this match, leading the Ravens to the AFC
Championship and an excellent opportunity at potting another Super Bowl
victory for their Maryland fan base.

The
Seabirds continue their trek towards consecutive Super Bowl victories this
Saturday when they handily down the traveling Cats at the Hawks’ Nest. CAR,
who entered the 2014-15 season Playoffs as the only team with a sub-.500
record in the Regular Season Standings, display their ineptitude to vie with
a competitor of this magnitude when on the road and exit this year’s Playoffs
a week later than anticipated/deserved.

In
spite of Regular Season statistics insinuating this game is fairly-designed,
the end result of this matchup is in no way a surprise to any seasoned NFL
fan. The propensity of the ‘Boys to blow big games in comparison to the
historical efficiency of the Packers (especially when playing at hometown
Lambeau Field) at winning important Playoff showdowns makes the victor of
this contest a no-brainer. Big D puts up a big fight here but, in the end, is
in for a world of big disappointment this weekend in Wisconsin.

QB Manning continues his year-in, year-out pilgrimage towards a Super Bowl
ring this weekend at Mile High Stadium when he squares off against his former
alma mater in the Indianapolis Colts. IND QB Luck has been a worthy successor
to Peyton in middle-America, however, Colts & Broncos fans cannot buck
the fact Manning is, and forever will be, by far the greater talent of the
two supremely-gifted QBs. The inability
of Indy to perform at a high level when faced against top-tier talent this
campaign is the difference-maker in this matchup.
