The second of two significant Turkey Day showdowns, this one comes down to the wire – and surpasses it. In OT, a 49ers FGM to take the lead on first possession is upheld for the win when the toothless pass attack of the Seabirds forces their club to go 4 & out on the ensuing set of downs.

A TD connection between SD QB Rivers & trustful TE Gates pulls the Superchargers within a FG of tying this matchup late in the ball game. However, the onside kick attempt by SD is handily recovered by BAL to seal the win for the Maryland Edgar Allan Poe’s.

In an absolute nail-biter of an ending, tied at 24-24, BUF QB Orton slings a bullet pass that is hauled in by rookie wideout Watkins and extended all the way to the Browns 40-yd line. With just seconds left on the clock, Bills K Carpenter hits a 50+-yd FG & the Buffalo roam.

More the HOU Arian Foster show than a division game itself, the elite, electrifying HOU RB clinches the home side victory for his club in this one courtesy some strong run efforts and some god awful rushing defence via way of the TEN D-Line.

The Colts survive a scare from the ‘Skins in this matchup and rack up a much need win here late courtesy consecutive drive FGMs via K Vinatieri.

The Jaguars are, once again, saddled at home with an embarrassing, this time via a subpar opponent in the Giants who roll to a TD victory here.

In arguably the ugliest matchup of the weekend, the hometown Vikings win an INT-laden, fumble-filled showdown care of some shoddy defensive play by the Panthers and the fact Minny sports one of the safest kicking bets in all of football, K Blair Walsh.

The Saints remain the likeliest bet to take the NFC South crown to-date even after a TD loss in PIT this weekend that extends their current losing streak to four straight games, three of which have been played on home turf.

The Raiders keep it close for a while here but a late game rushing TD by STL RB Mason assures the victory for an overachieving Rams squad in this one.

CIN v TB	TB	TB (+4.5)

Travel exhaustion plays a major factor here as the road-worn Bengals are handed a backbreaking defeat in this tightly-contested showdown, one that sees the Bucs walk away with their first home win of the season but, more importantly, one that creates a key divide in the race for the AFC North crown.

The Battle of the Birds this weekend in Georgia sees the home team Dirty Birds drop a key matchup that would have secured them a lead in the race for the NFC South division crown but, conversely, permits the Cards to extend their lead in the tight NFC West to two full games.

The surging Patriots continue their streak of victories over quality opponents this weekend with possibly their biggest triumph of the season to-date – a win over formidable GBay in the tundra known as late November Lambeau Field.

The race for the AFC West crown, practically decreed to DEN by every prognosticator prior to the start of the 2014-15 NFL season, grows murky this weekend after the hometown faithful at Arrowhead Stadium will their club to victory in an SNF matchup for the ages.

A stout defence ensures the J-E-T-S hang around in this divisional showdown. However, the cat calls for a new EVERYTHING in NY (GM, Head Coach, QB, etc.) will rain down from the stands rampant this MNF after the traveling ‘Fins secure a near TD win over this sad sack lot.
