The Colts' offensive line is in shambles and Andrew Luck's poor

Chiefs QB Brady Quinn will have tough task finding offensive help in

|
KC (+8.5)
|
||||
The Chiefs have been a sad sack bunch this 2012-13 campaign.
With QB Brady Quinn now taking snaps under Center for the club, it’s all but
evident KC has vowed to slink away into the shadows for the remaining weeks
of the Regular Season in a bid to solidify the 2013 NFL Draft 1st
overall pick. IND, on the other hand, are set to make a run at the playoffs
this season and a win this weekend at Arrowhead will all but assure that dream
becomes a reality. Though rookie of the year candidate IND QB Andrew Luck will
likely struggle vs a strong pass defence front this Sunday in KC, the return
of head coach Chuck Pagano to the sidelines and the promise of a playoff
berth should be more than enough to ensure a Colts win on the road this
weekend vs arguably the NFLs worst team.

Buffalo's had another downtrodden season but still don't deserve this

MIA RB Reggie Bush will continue his strong work against the Bills' buffaloed

BUF (+5.0)
|

The Fish will fry this weekend in Miami. Having already defeated
this division foe when they first squared off in week 11 of the season,
expect the Bills, coming off an embarrassing blowout loss to the Seahawks in
Toronto, to rebound in a big way when they face the Fins this Sunday
afternoon. The defensive efforts of BUF DE Williams & MIA DE Wake should
negate one another’s efforts in this matchup leaving the offences to make
will of who wins in this spot. With Bills RB Spiller leading the league in
average rush yards per carry and the Dolphins pass defence in total disarray,
take the traveler to upset this weekend in the land of pensions and orange
groves.

SD (+0.5)

With the dysfunctional Jets having already put to bed their
playoff hopes last MNF in TEN, don’t expect a concerted effort from NYJ this
weekend, home crowd or not in tow. The J-E-T-S have had all season long to
turn their fortunes around and have looked less than inspired to do so. With
3rd string QB Grey McElroy set to start for NY, INTs and Fumbles
Lost will be the name of the game this weekend at the Meadowlands for the
Jets and, as lowly as SD has played this season, rest assured QB Rivers &
Co. won’t allow the opportunity to save some face for their Regular Season
record to slip away here.

FINAL PREDICTION

vs
SPR
|
PHI (+7.5)
|

NFC East contests are almost always tight-knit matchups. There
is not much to speak of with regards to positives within the Eagles
organization at the moment. That said, rookie QB Nick Foles has appeared
serviceable under Center for PHI in recent weeks (even accruing a win during
his starting QB tenure) and the ‘Skins 3rd worst ranked pass
defence shouldn’t prove too large an obstacle for the youngster QB to
overcome in this spot. WAS leading rushers RB Alfred Morris & QB RGIII
should abuse PHIs weak rush defence for big yards all day in this matchup.
However, home field presence and the return of elite RB LeSean McCoy to the
lineup should spell cover, if not outright win, for the Eagles this Sunday in
Philadelphia.

With nothing on the line for any club involved outside a
potential .500 and/or winning record for their 2012-13 campaign, don’t expect
much from this matchup outside of both teams playing to their strengths. TB
will pound the run vs a Rams club that sports a mid-pack rush defence while
STL will attack the league-low Bucs pass defence all afternoon long. At home,
and with QB Josh Freeman still a viable threat in the toss attack, expect
TBay to edge out a slight victory this weekend at Raymond James Stadium.
